Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RNA Courier website and our courier services. By booking a shipment or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RNA Courier provides ground courier services within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York. All bookings are subject to driver and equipment availability.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Prices may change for shipments that exceed the dimensions, weight, time window or special handling described at booking.

3. Prohibited items

We do not transport: hazardous materials (HAZMAT) outside our certified medical-specimen program; firearms; live animals; cash or negotiable instruments without prior written agreement; illegal substances. Shipping prohibited items voids all liability.

4. Liability and insurance

Each shipment carries up to $100,000 of cargo coverage. Higher declared values must be agreed to in writing before pickup. Our maximum liability for any loss, damage or delay is limited to the declared value or $100,000, whichever is lower, and excludes consequential or indirect damages.

5. Claims

Claims must be submitted in writing to ads@rnacourier.com within 30 days of the shipment date and must include the tracking number, photographs and documentation of value.

6. Cancellations

Same-day jobs cancelled after the driver has been dispatched are billed at 50% of the quoted rate. Scheduled-account routes require 7 days written notice to cancel a recurring run.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic incidents, road closures, strikes, government action or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, PA.
